Being an eBay seller with a no reserve/ low starting bid policy can be exciting as well as dangerous. For example, take a look at this auction for a rare German Book which includes authentic hand signed engravings by know German Artists, as of the time I’m writing this post, the book is at 99 cents. My starting bid.
